You choose your desired product—for example, a sweater, pillow, fabric print, or bag. After placing your order, you'll receive all the information you need to send in your clothing. Important: You can also have multiple products made with one slot.

Once we receive your clothing, we'll coordinate all the details with you—colors, motif placement, lettering, or special requests. We'll personally assist you to ensure your keepsake turns out exactly as you envision it.

Once your clothing arrives and the coordination is complete, we begin production – carefully by hand.

Production time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the time we receive everything in full and have discussed it. After that, we'll ship your keepsake securely packaged to your home.

You choose your desired product—e.g., a sweater, pillow, fabric print, or bag—and upload your child's drawing or photo directly when ordering. Alternatively, you can easily send us the file later via WhatsApp or email.

As soon as we receive your file, we'll get in touch. We'll review the template and work together to fine-tune the details—colors, placement, and any minor adjustments. With us, you won't get mass-produced work; you'll get genuine support.

Once everything is clear, we begin production – individually and carefully. Production time is approximately 4-5 weeks . Afterward, your keepsake will be safely shipped to your home.

You select your desired product—e.g., a sweater, pillow, or bag—and enter your personalization (e.g., name, date) during the ordering process. Some products are also available without personalization.

We craft your piece immediately after you place your order – carefully and with great attention to detail.

Production time is approximately 1–2 weeks . Your product will then be securely shipped to you.
